Questions
What can I send?
A PDF, or plain text that your assistant writes for you. We lay out plain text as a proper letter with your address and the recipient's address in the envelope window.
Which countries can I send to?
All of Europe. Letters are printed close to the destination when possible, so they travel as domestic mail.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2 to 5 working days after posting, depending on the country and the service. You get an email when your letter is posted.
Is a registered letter legally valid?
Yes. It is a real registered letter handed to the postal service, posted by a professional mail center with a tracking number, the same service as one sent from a post office counter.
What happens to my document?
It is used only to print your letter. We delete it 30 days after delivery.
What if something goes wrong?
If we cannot print or post your letter, you are refunded in full. If an address is rejected before posting, we tell you so you can fix it.
